Once they damage your good and you file a claim they never acknowledge you again. They do not want to pay to fix what they damage. So, if you care about your items you should find another company. I hear Two Men and a Truck are great!
Horrible experience. Bait and switch on pricing. Broken items, split wood on armoire, chunk out of drywall and absolutely no response from company after innumerable promises to call me back. We moved Sept 19. Today is January 20 and still no answer. I would be extremely wary of using these people.
