We are still waiting for a reimbursement that Taylor Transfer had agreed to repay due to negligent handling and storage of our property. Taylor Transfer just moved by 7-foot, 760lb grand piano! I felt bad for the crew since the office staff had not passed on my warning about the the steps they would have to navigate: 6 at the old home and 7 at the new home. But they did great and were really careful.

Made moving as pleasant as it might be. They were efficient and worked well together. Excellent packers. I would use them again if/when we make another move.
